Chapter President 

Katy Rowe

As chapter president, I check in regularly with all of the vice presidents to make sure things are going smoothly. I watch over the well-being of the chapter and make sure that our chapter is representative of Alpha Phi and our values. I am also here for all members to talk to if they have any problems, concerns, or questions.

Vice President of  Community Relations

Meg Ferkus

As Vice President of Campus and Community Affairs, I focus on finding ways to involve Alpha Phi within the UW-Stout campus and greater Menomonie community. My department organizes and executes events on within both of these areas. Homecoming and Greek Week are highlights for the campus arena as well as supporting UW-Stout at its numerous events. Within the community, our chapter focuses on philanthropy and service, and we have adopted a Girl Scout troop. 

Vice President of Marketing 

Ashley Abts

As the Vice President of Marketing, I am responsible for the external marketing of the chapter and overseeing the marketing department.  The marketing department has two positions that work on social media marketing, the chapter website, advertising and public relations on campus and off campus and communication and relations with parents and alumni. 

Vice President of Recruitment  

Alexis Ballensky

As Vice President of Recruitment, my position entails all components of recruitment for our chapter. I oversee all recruitment activities and initiatives, and plan and execute Formal Recruitment. In addition, my department consists of representatives to UW-Stout's Panhellenic Council and Inter-Greek Council to keep us participative and recognized within the vibrant Greek community at UW-Stout.

Vice President of Risk Management 

Ashley Hopkins

As the Vice President of Risk Management, I foresee and manage potential risks to the chapter's health. My department oversee the planning, preparation, and implementation of chapter events (ie. sister bonding weekend, formal and date party). I also facilitate weekly sister care committee meetings to discuss issues affecting the chapter and Alpha Phi members. Watchcare is a main priority of my department to ensure the safety and health of our chapter. 

​Vice President of Finance 

Brianna Ludtke

As Vice President of Finance, I focus on the budgets for the chapter. I make the budgets for each position. I am also in charge of chapter dues. 

Vice President of Member Education                &Programming  

As Vice President of Programming and Education, my main job is to delegate and manage the Programming & Education Department. The PE department consists of many different positions that contribute to the educational learning of the chapter as a whole. Our team focuses on individual development, qualities of leadership, and the promotion of Alpha Phi values.

Executive Panhellenic Delegate 

As the Executive Panhellenic Delegate it is my job to represent Alpha Phi on the Executive Board for the UW-Stout Panhellenic Council. The position that the Alpha Phi Executive Panhellenic Delegate serves in on the Panhellenic Council rotates between President, Vice President, and Secretary/Treasurer. I uphold the values of the National Panhellenic Conference and ensure that sorority life at UW-Stout is continually growing in positive and uplifting ways. The Panhellenic Council aids sororities in continuing to provide women with a good social experience, to create and maintain lifelong friendships with an organization that provides a sense of belonging and home, to develop individual’s leadership skills and uphold positive ideals. 

As the Vice President of Chapter Operations, I oversee that the chapter is running smoothly with its operational components. My department deals with the organization, financing, bylaws, and administration components of the chapter.
